About us - Altera Serbia

Altera in Serbia was established in 2017, when the core team from Bosnia and Herzegovina formed a dedicated team for the Serbian market. Guided by market logic and demand, we afterwards founded independent companies in Croatia and Montenegro. All these companies are legally completely independent, but our teams across the region work in close collaboration.

We have significant professional resources, with over 15 engineers in mechanical engineering, process technology, and automation, ensuring a high level of expertise and commitment to every project. Our teams combine experience and innovation, bringing together experienced professionals and young, creative fellow workers across all our companies. From the very beginning, our services have been oriented toward the pharmaceutical industry. As the company grew, our client portfolio expanded to include the food, cosmetics, automotive, defense, and other industries with specific technical requirements. We approach every project uniquely, focusing on the client needs and demands of the project.

We are especially proud of nurturing strong relationships, both externally with our partners and internally within the company. We believe that a good working environment is essential for efficient and good quality work in the long run.
